ok so this is a topic i've pondered and go back and forth on.. i can easily see a point where lawsuits cause massive deficits in the organization.
honestly i feel like we are seeing the tip of the iceberg in regards to lawsuits on child abuse.
to me it looks like the property sell offs are to be able to get ready for this.
I guess this question of survival is in the answer to these questions :
1) How long can the Watchtower Corporation survive when active contributing membership is dwindle in like a twist in the wind as internet exposer continues to multiply?
2) How long can they sucker enough brain dead members to take care of their property till they get it all sold?(forcing them to sell at bargain prices).

I do think the Watchtower corporation is in the nightmare stage of wishful thinking when reality comes a crashing in on the delusional wishful thinkers.

i'm not entirely sure where this has come from, but these past few months i've found myself gradually becoming more and more involved politically and identifying myself differently.
we all remember what it was like as jws, no political involvement whatsoever, no national pride, no singing the national anthem or saluting the flag etc.
the watchtower literature always shown artists renditions of nationalism or politics like this:.
It's all about finding your true self and loving ones country of birth is a noble thing deeply rooted and good as long as it doesn't cause any unreasonable bias against other countries to be healthy mentally speaking of course.
I'm constantly going over my US governmental indoctrination as a kid and my Watchtower corporation indoctrination, and my true feelings about my country of birth.
Expect lots of epiphanies.
i woke up a little after 5 am this morning and looked at the clock and realized i had more time to sleep so i fell right back asleep.
i had this dream that i was letting my girlfriends dog out of her house and the next scene i was at work and i got a phone call.
the room i was in simply had a table and phone it was very bare.
Well Min, I think that was your mom checking up on you for real. A real nice dream for sure.
being a jehovah's witness for many years has a very damaging effect on becoming who he really are, many of the drives we were born with get subverted to corporation's directives, and we stuff lots of ourselves into our shadow(jungian), as we take on the "new personality" we become an easy to manipulate corporate drone.
in other words we really loose contact with authentic self, and to some extent a little hollow.. a search for our true self will require some alone time and can be scary and filled with some perils.

Striping off the old personality I think they call it. While I don't think Iv'e found my authentic self yet it has been a continuous process for many years now even the process has many rewards as you become more connected to your true self both good and bad parts. Being a JW dub means a serious departure from our true selves and as we get older the less we become in touch with ourselves.

what i don’t get, is the agression seen in the latest, september broadcasting.. if something is not usefull here at g.’s home, we look if it can be used for an other purpose or store it or put it away in a trash bin.
that’s what we learn our children.. it seems that for jw.org officials it is practice to get very angry and smash items on the floor.
somehow the real face of brotherhood is showed here.
I see as a sign that these guys are getting very desperate and they see higher/paid for education being evil that must avoided at all costs.
I'm sure they are feeling their demise is a possibility due to people getting more knowledge and so are pulling out all the stops to fight for their survival as a corporation for as many years as possible. They must be at a wits end trying to save their sinking worldwide empire(Titanic).
